Camp Kum-Ba-Yah has programming year round with school and special programs. If you are looking for part-time, fun and engaging work, we have positions for you. Most of our programs involve large groups of students visiting for a short period of time. These positions are on an as needed basis. Staff may work one or both of the following capacities.
Adventure Education Instructors
Individuals with experience facilitating high ropes course are preferred; however, opportunities to train quality candidates will arise in the spring and fall. Adventure Education Instructors facilitate programs at our climbing wall, three zip-lines, leap for life, and legendary 3 story treehouse as well as our team-building and low-ropes initiatives.

Love teaching, but don’t want to be stuck inside the four walls of the classroom? Environmental educators are needed to facilitate nature themed programs for visiting schools. All of our programs are hands on and placed-based, engaging learners through direct experience. Expand your teaching toolbox, engage with others in the outdoors and inspire young learners.
